How to Mix Prints for Spring

One of the spring season's biggest trends is mixing and matching prints. For this post, I decided to draw inspiration from Belgian designer Dries van Noten,Moncler Alpes, who featured plenty of colorful and eclectic looks in his spring/summer 2010 collection.

I started out with a classic white blouse as a neutral base and worked the next few pieces in from there.

In keeping with his pattern themes,herve leger bandage dress, I combined a tribal-looking skirt with a geometrically-patterned jacket. Both pieces are vintage!

I accessorized with a beaded bib necklace in black (anything with color would have been to overwhelming), along with stacked gold bangles,moncler tulsa, and Donald Pliner shoes.

In terms of beauty,Moncler Donna, it is important to be subtle - the makeup and hair were intentionally kept light and fresh.

Mixing patterns may not be the easiest thing to pull off,Moncler Chance, but it's all about having fun and experimenting with the items in your closet.

Balmain Dress Scores Seventh Cover

We dunno. We'd be pretty PO'ed if we blew $30 grand on a dress and six other girls were wearing it.

Hathaway was also party to the fashion world's last case of copycat syndrome,moncler branson, appearing in Vogue in a Miu Miu dress that had already starred on the covers of several other magazines.

Already featured on six fashion magazine covers this season,Herve leger Ombre Blue, the sexy metallic frock has landed cover #7 thanks to Anne Hathaway and the December issue of Elle UK.

Not that Balmain minds the overexposure.

Meanwhile, Claudia Schiffer has been copying her own outfit.
